Lost or Stolen PFFCU Debit Card or PFFCU ATM Card

To report a lost or stolen PFFCU Debit Card or PFFCU ATM Card, please follow these simple steps:
      • Log onto Online Banking at
      • Click Settings
      • Select ATM/Debit Card
      • Check the box next to Block on the card you would like to block
      • Click Submit

If you cannot log onto Online Banking, please call 215-931-0300 during normal business hours.
Outside our normal business hours, please call 215-931-2409 and follow the directions to leave a message on the recording. 

Do you need a PFFCU Debit Card without delay?
You can obtain a new card, a replacement card, or an additional card at any of our branch locations

Lost or Stolen PFFCU Visa Credit Card

To report a lost or stolen PFFCU Visa Credit Card call 800-449-7728.
If out of the country, call collect 727-299-2449.

Change of Address Request

If you wish to change the mailing address you have on file with PFFCU, you can do so from within Online Banking, by calling us at 215-931-0300 or 800-228-8801, or by visiting one of our branches.
