Programmer
Responsible for handling SQL and Visual Basic programming as well as other complex software projects. Must maintain a close working relationship with all user departments. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the financial field. Required skills include:
- Strong VB.net and SQL programming skills in a web environment
- Experienced with SQL Reporting Services
- Familiar with SQL management concepts
- OpenVMS and Datatrieve experience a plus
- Ability follow a project through the entire development cycle - developing the project scope with end users, writing specifications, coding, performing unit testing, administrate QA testing with end users, project implementation, and post implementation support.
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Our branch locations are: 901 Arch Street, 7500 Castor Avenue, Grant and
Academy Roads, 11701 Bustleton Avenue, 8500 Henry Avenue, 3338 South
Broad Street and 7604 City Avenue - all located in Philadelphia, PA and 852 E.
Street Road, Warminster, PA.
Our starting salary range is $11 to $13 per hour, plus generous performance
incentives. For this position, at 901 Arch Street Branch only, there is a $10 per diem incentive to cover the cost of transportation once you are trained and able to work independently .
Part Time Schedule: Monday through Friday 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, every third
Saturday 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with a comp day the following week.
Peak Time Schedule: Thursday and Friday 3 PM to 7 PM and Saturday 8:15
AM to 4:15 PM, with the exception of the 901 Arch Street location, which is Thursday
and Friday 3PM to 6 PM and Saturday 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM.

The location for this position is 901 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA.
Our
starting salary range is $11 to $13 per hour, plus generous
performance incentives. For this
position there is an $8 per diem incentive to cover the cost of transportation
once you are trained and able to work independently.
Part Time Schedule: Monday & Wednesday - 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM, Thursday & Friday
- 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM with every 3rd Saturday 8:10 AM to 4:10 PM, with a
comp day the following Friday.
Peak Time Schedule: Thursday and Friday 3 PM to 6 PM and every Saturday
8:10 AM to 4:10 PM.
Please note: Training takes place at our Castor Avenue
location.
