Are you refinancing an existing PFFCU Home Equity Loan?

 
  • In order to qualify for our EXPRESS Refi or No Cost Refi Mortgage, PFFCU must have a first lien position on your property. The EXPRESS Refi and No Cost Refi Mortgages are available for primary residences (terms up to 30 years) and single-unit vacation homes (terms up to 15 years). This product is not available for investment properties. Your loan amount must be $30,000 or greater and your maximum Loan-To-Value (LTV) must be 90%.

  • PFFCU offers a rate lock policy where you can lock in your EXPRESS Refi Mortgage or No Cost Refi Mortgage interest rate for a term of 60 or 90 days depending on the number of days you require to close your loan. There is an additional charge for 90 day locks. (If you know that your closing will not occur within these lock in periods, you should not exercise the lock in option). You have the option of locking in your rate from the time you submit a completed mortgage application, up until six (6) calendar days before closing.

  • EXPRESS Refi Mortgage Only: The fee for our EXPRESS Refi Mortgage Loan, which is charged at closing, is $995 regardless of loan amount. There are no other processing or closing costs, title insurance or settlement fees charged. A satisfaction fee is charged by the county government when a loan is paid off. PFFCU will collect that fee from you at the closing of our loan.
