PFFCU System Conversion

PFFCU has been using its current loan and deposit servicing software since 1981. While it has been a very cost effective solution, we must migrate to new software platforms to ensure PFFCU operates effectively to service your needs in the future.

We expect to receive a large increase in call volume during the month of June due to the changes associated with our systems conversion, especially as it relates to online banking. Although we will have increased our staffing in the call center by 60%, you will likely experience an increased “wait time” for your call to be answered during the time immediately following Conversion Weekend. We appreciate your patience as we manage through the System Conversion process.

Please read ALL the Conversion information on this page to help you through the transition.
