PFFCU Credit Card Conversion

March 24 – 26, 2017, PFFCU will be converting to a new Credit Card Processor.
Please read ALL the Credit Card Conversion information below.
To stay up-to-date on the latest information, please check this site often.

ALL MEMBERS who have a PFFCU Credit Card will receive a NEW credit card from March 8 through March 24, 2017

ACTIVATE YOUR NEW CARD 
on Sunday, March 26, 2017

Your old PFFCU Credit Card will no longer work
beginning Sunday, March 26, 2017

To activate your new card call 1-800-631-3197, the phone number on the sticker of the new card, from the primary phone number on your account.

Be prepared to answer a few security questions based on the primary cardholder’s information. If you get a message that the system is not ready, try again later in the day.

Destroy your old PFFCU Credit Card.

Re-establish any automatic billing with merchants.

Our new enhanced Rewards Program will allow you to redeem points for MERCHANDISETRAVEL, and CASH. You can choose from more than 1,500 quality merchandise options, or a variety of travel options.


Online Access

Online access to your credit card information will be unavailable from Friday, March 24th until Tuesday, March 28th.

Beginning Tuesday, March 28th basic information including Balance and Transactions will be available. Other information including eStatements, Member Alerts and Pay My Bill will be available Friday, March 31st.

To access your credit card information beginning March 28th:

– Log into Online Banking through www.PFFCU.org
Click Credit Card tab.
– The first time you access the Credit Card tab you will need to register.
         Enter your name and email address.
         Click Submit. 

Alerts

Receive real-time alerts when purchases, payments or changes occur on your account. Alerts can be sent to your email address and/or mobile phone.
(To create an Alertpop-up windows must be enabled in your browser)

– Log into Online Banking at www.PFFCU.org
– Click Credit Card tab.
– The first time you access the Credit Card tab you will need to register.
         Enter your name and email address.
         Click Submit. 
– Click Quick Links or the Communications tab.
– Click Member Alerts.
– On the Member Alerts window, click Submit.
 On the Welcome to Member Alerts window, click Manage Alerts.
– On the Members Alerts Profiles window, click Create.
(Note: You can set up more than one Profile any time)

To set up Credit Card Alerts
– On the Profile Enrollment window, fill in all required “*” information. Click Next.
– Under Add New Alert Method, click the arrow to select Purchase Alert or Account Notification. Then check the Box next to the Alert you wish to receive. Click Select, in the drop down list, check the box next to how you want to receive the Alert. Accept Terms & Conditions, click Submit.

To use Text Banking
– Your Profile must have “Mobile” selected as the delivery method. You must establish at least one Credit Card Alert. On your mobile device, text 72488, then type the command, add a space, then last four digits of your credit card number to retrieve the command information. (e.g. BAL XXXX)

Card Lock is a smartphone application for iPhone and Android that allows members with a PFFCU Credit Card to use their smartphone to lock/unlock their credit card, set control preferences, and establish and manage Card Lock Alerts for their credit card account(s).

You can continue to make payments through PFFCU Online Banking, PFFCU Call Center or at any PFFCU branch.

Instead of paying through PFFCU Bill Pay, use the Transfer feature in PFFCU Online Banking so you can pay your bill anytime:

– Log into Online Banking at www.PFFCU.org
– Click Transfers.
Transfer funds from, select the account from which to pull the funds.
Transfer funds to, select Visa Accumulation.
– Enter Transfer amount.
– Enter Frequency.
– Enter Transfer Date. (Pay anytime)
– Click Submit.
