How do I earn
Bonus Points?
Use your PFFCU Platinum Rewards Card and for every dollar in
net purchases (sales minus returns), you will earn a Bonus Point.
How will I
be notified of the number of Bonus Points that I have accumulated?
Bonus point information is communicated to you on your monthly VISA
statement. You may also obtain point information by visiting Certegy's
web site at www.scorecardrewards.com
or by calling 1-800-854-0790. You may also call this number if you
have a specific question you need answered about the Bonus Point
program or an order that you have placed.
How do I order
awards?
For merchandise awards, you can print out an order form after
you log onto the web at www.scorecardrewards.com found under
the section "Order Forms and Rules". The Order Form and Rules
are also found on the back of both the Gift Catalog and Travel
Catalog. You will receive both the Gift and Travel Catalogs when
you are approved (and annually thereafter in your statement).
To order a gift, you should complete the form including all information
requested and mail to the address printed on the form. You may
also order from the online shopping cart feature. Please allow
4 to 6 weeks for delivery of merchandise.
Travel awards,
airline tickets, vacation packages and cruises may be ordered
by calling 1-800-842-3006 and booking your tickets with a travel
counselor. Certificates for rental cars and hotels may also be
ordered by using the award order form found online or in the
Travel Catalog. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of car
rental/hotel certificates.
Can I combine
my Bonus Points with those earned from other programs?
No. Bonus Points may not be combined with different card accounts
or used in conjunction with other rewards programs.
For merchandise
redemption, how long will it take to receive the ordered items?
Generally, awards will be shipped from the Award Headquarters
via Parcel delivery service and should arrive in 4 to 6 weeks
after the order is received. Some items will be shipped directly
from the manufacturer. If the item is no longer available, you
will be contacted and assisted with making another award selection
or if no selection is made, your Bonus Points will be added back
to your account.
What happens
if my merchandise awards arrive damaged?
If there is damage; please write a note on the delivery receipt
before signing to accept the package. If after you open the package
you find damage, follow the directions on your packing slip.
You will be given instructions and a return authorization number
to return the award for replacement.
If I don't
have enough Bonus Points for the award I want, can I buy the
extra Bonus Points that I need?
No. A sufficient number of Bonus Points must be available in
your account to redeem them for an award. Bonus Points are not
available for purchase.
When can I
order awards?
Whenever you like. As long as your account is in good standing
(not cancelled or terminated by either party, delinquent or otherwise
not available for charges) and you have enough Bonus Points,
you may order awards at any time.
When will my
Bonus Points expire?
Your Bonus Points will expire 3 years from your start date in
the program. As new Bonus Points are accumulated, the oldest
Bonus Points will roll-off at the end of each calendar year.
How often are
the gift and travel catalogs updated?
Annually. You will receive the catalogs when they are approved
and once a year thereafter in your statement.
How many points
do I need in order to get merchandise?
The first level of gifts can be obtained with 2,000 points. There
are 10 additional levels of gifts.
