How do I access my credit card information online?

  1. Log into Online Banking at www.PFFCU.org.
  2. Click Credit Card tab.
  3. The first time your access the Credit Card tab, you will need to register.
    – Enter your name and email address.
    – Click Submit.

How do I make credit card payments online?

To pay your credit card online, members must first log into Online Banking.

To enroll in Online Banking

– Go to www.PFFCU.org
 Click Services tab
– Select Online Banking from the drop-down menu
– Complete the Electronic Services Application Form, the click Submit
A member Service Representative will contact you when your application has been approved.

To Log into Online Banking

– Go to www.PFFCU.org
– Enter your Account Number in the “Enter Online Banking ID” box, Click Login.
– Enter your Temporary Password in the “Online Banking Password” box. Click Submit.
– Establish an Online Banking ID: Minimum 7 and Maximum of 12
(Must begin with a LETTER. Can be a combination of letters or numbers, NO spaces). Click Continue.
– Create a permanent Password: Minimum 7 and Maximum 10
(Must include one letter and one number. Can be a combination of letters or numbers, NO spaces). Click Continue.

To Make a Credit Card Payment

– Go to www.PFFCU.org
– Click Credit Card tab
– On the Credit Card Account Home page, choose ONE of the following options:
a. Click Payments tab, select Make a Payment from the drop-down menu
b. In the account summary box, click Make a Payment
c. Under Quick Links, click Make a Payment

What Alert options are available?

Receive real-time alerts when purchases, payments or changes occur on your account. Alerts can be sent to your email address and/or mobile phone.

Five Alerts are available:

  1. Purchase Greater Than
  2. International Transactions
  3. Payment Due
  4. Payment Past Due
  5. Account Over Limit

Visa Credit Card Restriction and Fraud Monitoring

The use of the PFFCU Visa Credit Card is not permitted in specific countries due to a high amount of fraudulent activity. For a listing of countries where your card may not work, click here.

Your PFFCU Visa Credit Card has various fraud detection and prevention measures in place to ensure the security of your account. If a fraudulent charge does occur at home or abroad, you can rest easy knowing you have zero liability2 on unauthorized purchases when you report unauthorized charges promptly.

Yes. Let us know as soon as possible. Email MemberService@PFFCU.org or call 215-931-0300 so we can help you avoid access issues to your card while traveling.
