In order to guarantee today's rate, you must lock
in your rate. You have the option of locking in your rate from the
time you submit a completed mortgage application, up until four (4)
calendar days before closing. If you choose not to lock in your rate,
it will be locked in automatically three (3) calendar days prior
to closing. The submission of a mortgage application does not
guarantee that your mortgage rate will be that which is available
at the time of submission. You can lock your interest rate only
after your mortgage application has been approved by PFFCU. Please call
to speak with a Mortgage Advisor, who will complete your Rate Lock
Certification Form.
A satisfaction fee is charged by the county government
when a loan is paid off. PFFCU will collect that fee from you
at the closing of our loan.
