EXPRESS Refi Mortgage

Our EXPRESS Refi Mortgage saves you money on closing costs! We offer terms up to 15 years with fixed rates, and adjustable rate mortgages with 30 year terms where the initial interest rate and payment are fixed for the first 3, 5, 7 or 10 years. Our EXPRESS Refi Mortgage can save you $2,000 or more in closing costs over a traditional refinance mortgage – plus, your loan will be closed faster! You can close this loan at our Loan Center or at any of our branch locations. The fee for our EXPRESS Refi Mortgage Loan, which is charged at closing, is $995 regardless of loan amount. There are no other processing or closing costs, title insurance or settlement fees charged.* To qualify for this refi product, your loan amount must be $30,000 or greater, your Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratio must be 90% or less and this loan may only be used for your primary residence or for single-unit vacation homes.
