^top^
Can
I access my account through AOL?
Some members are unable to access their account via AOL 6.0. If
you are experiencing problems connecting to your PFFCU account via
AOL, we recommend that you download the latest web browser and associated
patches to access your account. This will not replace your AOL internet
connection, merely work with it.
^top^
Do
I need my own computer to access my account?
No. You can use any computer with Internet access and a high security
browser. Remember to configure your computer before accessing your
account.
^top^
What
configuration will I need?
Downloading the latest web browser and all associated patches is
recommended to access your account online.
128-bit encryption is required to access your account. To determine
if you have 128-bit encryption, in Microsoft Internet Explorer, go
to Help and then click on About Internet Explorer. It should read "Cipher
Strength: 128-bit". If your browser does not support 128-bit
encryption, the High Encryption Pack from Microsoft can be downloaded
by clicking here.
Firefox users have 256-bit encryption by default. Your
PC must be configured to accept cookies and JavaScript.
^top^

does PC EXPRESS require cookies?
The cookies set by PC EXPRESS are used to maintain your
web browser’s “state

quicker and more reliable, as well as to ensure your privacy and
a secure online experience. We do not use the cookies to breach
your privacy in any way; they are only set while you are accessing

you logout of PC EXPRESS
^top^
In most browsers you can set your browser to prompt you whether
you want to accept cookies.
^top^
How
long does it take PC EXPRESS to display transactions?
PC EXPRESS will display account transfers immediately. Bill payments
will typically go out on the day that you specify, however if you
specify that a bill is to be sent on the same day that you submit
this request, it will not go out until the following business day.
ATM transactions will appear the following business day.
^top^
How
long will transactions appear in PC EXPRESS?
Your transactions will appear for up to 6 months in PC EXPRESS.
^top^
Why
do I have to re-fill out all the information that
I submitted after
I click on the "Back" button following the submittal
of an application?
All required fields in an application must be completed before
an application can be submitted. If a field is left blank, it is
necessary to return to the application to complete the field. If
all of the information previously entered is not visible, the browser
is not set to save encrypted pages. This will ensure your secure
and private online experience.

Troubleshooting
Why do I receive the message that
there are no available connections?
This message indicates one of two things. More than likely, the
reason you received this message is due to the fact that you
are using a
bookmark to access PC EXPRESS. We do not recommend bookmarking
PC
Express, as we are continually enhancing the system
and you are not always accessing the latest version of PC EXPRESS when
you use bookmarks. If you are going to bookmark any page, we
recommend that you bookmark
this page: http://www.pffcu.org/services/services_pcx.asp
^top^
Another reason you are receiving this message may be due to the
fact that there are an exceptionally high number of members accessing
their account at the same time that you are. If this is the case,
please try accessing your account again, as we recently added lines
for PC EXPRESS and there should be enough lines to accommodate a
great deal of PC EXPRESS users at any given time.
^top^
I
just tried to access my account and I could not login to my account.
What should I do?
Every
effort is made to have PC EXPRESS available 24/7. However, at the
end of each month, PC EXPRESS is unavailable for approximately
two hours while our systems are prepared for the new month's activity.
This typically occurs about two hours after the close of business
on the last day of the month, so you should be able to log back into
your account approximately four hours after the close of business
on the last day of the month. If this problem occurs and it is not
the end of the month, you should wait a few minutes and then try
to log into your account again.
^top^
Why does PC EXPRESS time out?
PC EXPRESS sessions time-out after 10 minutes of inactivity.
In other words, if you spend more than 10 minutes on any page
and you are not performing transactions, your PC EXPRESS session
will safely terminate. To ensure that members are able to connect
to PC EXPRESS, 30 minutes are allotted per PC EXPRESS session.
If more than 30 minutes are needed to conduct business, log
onto PC EXPRESS a second time. PC EXPRESS allows unlimited
access free of charge.
^top^
Why is it taking so long to connect?
Several factors effect how long it takes to connect to an Internet
site. Internet connection speed could be one reason. Also,
general “internet traffic” may be another issue
which may slow your online experience. The Internet is most
busy during weekdays, at the beginning of the business day,
and between 11am and 1pm.
^top^ Can
I bookmark PC EXPRESS?
For the best results, we recommend bookmarking the following page:
http://www.pffcu.org/services/services_pcx.asp
However, bookmarking the PC EXPRESS login page is not recommended,
as we are continually enhancing the system. The latest version of
PC EXPRESS
is not always accessed when bookmarks are used.
^top^
When
I try to access PC EXPRESS, it tells me that I am not an authorized
user. Why?
Because a PIN and password are required to access PC EXPRESS, an
application is required to establish the service. An application
can be completed
online, at any of our six conveniently
located branches, or by calling 215-931-0300 or 800-228-8801. Your
PC EXPRESS PIN will also be used for Express Banker.
