We value our members. That’s why when you call our local, full service Call Center you will speak with a Telephone Member Services Representative ready to serve you. PFFCU maintains an average delay before answering of only 28 seconds and there are no menu options to navigate. Our friendly, knowledgeable Telephone Member Services Representatives will help you transact almost any financial business, including taking loan applications or opening a Checking, Savings Plus Account, Certificate, and IRA Account. You can even make deposits to your PFFCU account by phone.

To report a lost or stolen PFFCU Debit Card, please follow these simple steps:
- Log into Online Banking at PFFCU.org or use the Mobile App
- Click/tap Manage Debit Card
If you cannot log onto Online Banking, call 215-931-0300 during normal business hours.
Outside our normal business hours, call 215-931-2409, press option 2.
