Mobile Banking FAQs

Will I need to download a new PFFCU Mobile Banking App?

Members will not be required to download a new app from the App Store or Google Play. Members will need to update their PFFCU Mobile App if they do not have auto updates enabled on their smart phone.

What new features will be available with the PFFCU Mobile App?

PFFCU NEW Online/Mobile Banking provides a uniform banking experience across all devices including mobile phone, tablet, and laptop.

Will I need to register to use PFFCU Mobile Banking?

Members currently enrolled in Online Banking will be enrolled in Mobile Banking at the time of conversion. Members will need to go through the first-time login process when logging in for the first time from their mobile device. Members can register their mobile device at that time, but are not required to do so.  Members that are new to Mobile Banking can enroll by selecting “New User” and completing the enrollment process.

Will I be able to make deposits using Mobile Deposit?

If members are eligible to take advantage of Mobile Deposit, they will be able to continue to do so within the NEW Online/Mobile Banking.

Will I need to enroll in Mobile Deposit?

Members who are eligible to take advantage of Mobile Deposit will be able to do so within the NEW Online/Mobile Banking system. No additional paperwork is needed.
