Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) allow you to complete more transactions than you can at a standard ATM. You’ll interact with ITMs in much the same way, but you’ll have the ability to complete more types of transactions than at a standard ATM.

ITMs offer all the functions of ATMs, plus these additional capabilities:
• Withdraw $1, $5, $20, and $100 bills
• Withdraw more than at an ATM
• Split a single deposit between accounts
• Transfer funds between share accounts
• Make loan payments
• Check loan balances, payoff amounts, and due dates
• Deposit up to 200 bills in one transaction (ATM limit: 30 bills)
• Deposit up to 50 checks in one transaction

Over the next two years, we plan to roll out ITMs to all PFFCU Branches.

Improve Service: State-of-the-art ITMs give you more options for convenient, faster, secure service. As members increasingly use our ITMs, our Member Service Representatives can dedicate more time and attention to those complex transactions not handled by ITMs. Should you have any questions while using an ITM, our Member Service Representatives will be able to help.

We anticipate that your ITM transactions will take less time and allow you to complete your in-branch banking quickly and efficiently.

We have three ITMs at our Four Greenwood Square Branch and two at our Marlton Branch. We’ll add ITMs to our Branch Network throughout 2024 and 2025, and anticipate having at least two at each location. Our friendly, experienced Member Service Representatives will be available to help you feel comfortable using the machines and for any transaction that can not be handled at the ITM.

Yes. You’ll interact with our ITMs in much the same way that you do with ATMs, only you’ll a greater number of functions and choices.

Members’ security is our top priority. ITMs offer a safe and private way to do your banking. Transactions done at an ITM are as secure as speaking directly with a Teller.

No, there will not be any staff reduction with the introduction of ITMs. Some Tellers will move to our Call Center or a back office position. We are adding the ITMs to enhance the value and convenience of PFFCU membership.
