If your PFFCU card has gone missing, call us at 800.228.8801 or 215.931.0300 during normal business hours or 800.449.7728 after hours. You can also make a report through Online/Mobile banking (under Card Management). Stop into a Branch to get an instant replacement for a lost, stolen, or damaged card.

You can call our Telephone Member Service Representatives during normal business hours through PA Relay by dialing 711.
You can change your address on file through Online/Mobile Banking, by calling 800.228.8801 or 215.931.0300, or by visiting any PFFCU Branch.
Our Member Service Representatives will be glad to assist you in resetting your login info. Just call 800.228.8801 or 215.931.0300. Members can also reset their password themselves through the Forgot Password selection in Online/Mobile Banking.
You can order new checks through Online/Mobile Banking under Services.
To opt out of paper statements, log in to Online/Mobile Banking and select Services from the navigation menu. Select Opt-Out Paper Stmts, follow the verification instructions, and select Verify. Once the verification screen is displayed, you can select Close and navigate to other pages. Members can opt out of paper statements for the PFFCU Rewards Visa Credit Card by visiting the Credit Card Website through Online/Mobile Banking and following the prompts.
PFFCU accepts deposits by mail. Write your PFFCU account number, share number for deposit, and sign the back of the check. Mail the check to:
