Be in the Know

All members of PFFCU are required to have a Savings Account (or Share Account). This share holds the minimum $5 deposit which is required to keep your account in good standing. With your new auto loan, we’ve set up your new Savings Account and deposited the $5 so that you can begin to enjoy all the benefits of membership.

Self-Enrollment for Online Banking is easy!

  1. Go to PFFCU.org and click Enroll in Online Banking
  2. Enter your NEW PFFCU Account Number
  3. Enter your Last Name, Date of Birth, and Social Security Number
  4. Choose your Login ID and Password
  5. Once enrolled, download the PFFCU Mobile App for on-the-go convenience.

  1. Log in to Online/Mobile Banking
  2. Under Transfer, select Pay a Loan
  3. Choose your Checking Account in the From dropdown, then select your auto loan from the To dropdown
  4. Select Regular Payment and enter the dollar amount
  5. Click Recurring if you would like to schedule this payment every month
  6. Then click Submit

Always include your MICR Number with every payment. This 15-digit number is your Account and Loan Number. Adding your MICR Number will apply your payment to your auto loan rather than your Savings Account.

You’ll find your MICR Number on the letter you received when you first became a PFFCU member. Or look it up in Online/Mobile Banking by selecting your loan account from the Home screen, then the Details tab.

If you would like to send your payments in by check, please include your MICR Number on the bottom of your check. You can mail the payments to:

Yes, we do require proof of insurance. This information is verified by State National Insurance. This can be done by mail, fax, or email.

To pay your loan from another financial institution in Online/Mobile Banking, you must first call us at 215-931-0300 or 800-228-8801 to enable this option:

  1. Then log into Online/Mobile Banking and select Add External Account.
  2. Enter your Routing and Account number for your other financial institution.
  3. Watch for two small deposits into your external account, usually within 3 business days.
  4. Once you receive the deposits, log back into Online/Mobile Banking, and from the Transfer menu, select Verify External Account.
  5. Enter the amount of the two deposits. Your account is now verified.

You can now use the Pay a Loan option. Your External Account will now be listed in the From dropdown, and you can transfer right to the loan. Please allow 1-2 business days for your payment to be applied to the loan.
